WHEAT

Plato asked Socrates What love is.

Socrates said: I ask you to go across this rice field, pick up and bring back the biggest and best ear of wheat, but remember one thing, you cannot go back, and you just have one chance.

Then Plato did so, but he came back with nothing after a long time.

Socrates asked him why?

Plato answered: I once saw some very big and good wheat when i walked through the field, but i was always thinking that maybe there would some bigger and better ones, so i just passed by; but what i saw later is not better than before, so i had nothing at last.

Socrates said this is love.

So are we passing some of the best wheat in the field in hope of finding a much better ear of wheat ??

Wars do not only bring about destruction but it also promotes the rapid development of technologies. This phenomena is widely observed in the history of our race and the validity is undeniable but now comes the question if World War III occur will the technological advancements of our race be lifted to a higher playing field or it will cause a damage so severe that it will bring us back in time ?

a month

It's almost a month since I sat for my semester 2 finals. To date I only know that I have passed all my papers but flying colours or scraping through. It is also a month since the last post I have posted, it was a eventful yet boring month. Had a trip to crown jewel of the British Empire for the weekend during the 1st week back in pearl of the orient. I have also enjoyed several outings with my family during this 1 month spell but apart from that the month is down the drain with sitting marathon. I manage to sit myself through movies, drama, facebook and games.
